RETURNS: 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. Return products for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED GOODS: Product damaged in shipment must be reported within 48 hours from the delivery date. Damaged goods must be returned with the provided Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 15 days which can be obtained by calling Customer Service.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE: Product title and risk of loss will pass to purchaser FOB shipping point. I understand this means that if the shipment is lost or stolen, Vivant is not responsible.
