Returns for any reason, other than defect, must be made within 30 days from receipt of the order. Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Product must be resalable, unopened and not damaged. No additional discounts will be given.
DAMAGED GOODS: Product damaged in shipment must be reported to Vivant within 48 hours from the delivery date. Damaged goods must be returned with the provided Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 15 days which can be obtained by calling Customer Service.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: Although defects are rare, Vivant needs to know at once if there is one. Call Customer Service so we can further assist you.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE: Product title and risk of loss will pass to purchaser FOB shipping point. I understand this means that if the shipment is lost or stolen, Vivant is not responsible. If there is not a secure drop-off location, please call Customer Service to make arrangements.
