An Important Book for Anyone Who has Suffered from Acne

i have done a lot of research online re: vivant skin care and was really happy to be able to get my hands on this book, by Dr. Fulton. I haven't finished it yet, however it's really interesting to read. most importantly- only buy this book is you are ready to throw out every hunch you've ever had on acne in the past and start fresh. the day after i received this book i bought an ice pack and starting icing my face each night. Dr. Fulton's tips and knowledge are found in this book and it's worth it to read this book.
